The staff here is amazing- we’ve been coming for half a year and my 6 yr old son loves it! He has learned self confidence, self defense, increased respect and gets great exercise. The facility is clean and well maintained. Staff always answers questions with a smile, treats the kids with respect, and they are very talented in their craft. Very glad we found this place and suspect we will be here for a long time. Highly recommend!

I loved watching my 4 year old Grandson learn this. Seems he was just a baby. Learning coordination and how to obey directions from others is so important. Learning respect and control! Thank you for teaching our next generation these skills.
All three of my kids take classes here. The teachers are dedicated and positive role models. My children learn focus, determination, confidence, and discipline.
