The ATA Tiger program is the perfect choice for 4,5 & 6 year old children. Exciting classes are designed to improve children's motor skills and enhance their ability to pay attention and follow directions. Our program develops self confidence, increase their physical fitness and is fun.

 

Children exercise on a padded safety floor using equipment specifically scaled to their size. All classes are taught using the most safe, fun and fast paced instruction methods available.
