We are here to help you achieve your goals whether they be in physical fitness, self-defense, or building self-confidence. We maintain a safe and positive environment because we know how important your mental and physical health is.

We are currently running a New Student Special which includes 4 weeks of classes and a uniform for only $49.

After you have completed this page you will be sent to our online scheduler to select your first class! After your first class you can attend whichever class is most convenient for you.
