Thank you for your interest in our Karate Kid Program! This program is specifically designed for children 7-12 years old.

In this program, children will learn basic martial arts techniques as well as self-defenses and bully prevention. They also work on developing their physical fitness, goal-setting, and self-control, while learning valuable life skills such as confidence, discipline, and respect.
